congratulation to your first schematic in this forum!

Your circuit has some disadvantage: With used arrangement, you waste lots of power. Assume steady state condition, where upper-left and lower-right transistors are turned-on. Then, emitter of TIP41C is about 1.5V lower than battery voltage! The same for TIP42C. Voltage here is about 1.5V higher than 0V. So, about 3V are wasted for dropping across transistors and are not available for motor.

Have a look at my schematic. I used complementary types, so, only some tens of Volts are dropping across transistors.
