since many months (or even years) we both recommend in forums always to use a proper supervisory chip. And I many times stated, that a MAX1232 is very good choice.

Kai, we have had a plethora of threads that in various forms have been "I do not want to use a supervisor" and I just wanted to make sure that Muhamad did not read your post as it could be: "use CMOS for the reset"
