Hi,
here are some ideas about a problem:
1) check how does your code utilize DPTR/DPH/DPL: maybe there is modification of AUXR1/DPS bit somewhere.
2) be sure that no clock/sequence is applyed to pins MOSI/SCK (P1.5 and P1.7) due chip is in reset state. Otherwise it may execute unexpected code modification with built-in ISP.
