If EA is high the 89C55 will try to read addresses beyond 20k, but 89C52 will try to read addr. beyond 8k. So i think the program that was written for 89c52 won't work in 89c55, if it trys to read the address that comes immediatly after 8k and less then 20k (which is in the range of program memory in 89c55). |
