#55822 - RE: AT89S\\\' Open Source ISP utility available Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"...but I can't access to your link, is cause I'm not a member of 8052.com?"
No, you need not be a member of 8052.com. The problem is that the link is malformed, having a closing parenthesis at the end. The corrected link to my User Page is http://www.8052.com/users/dhenry. Just to clarify, the code you are referring to is not an example of using SPI on an 8051, but rather a working application that bit-bangs SPI on the PC's serial port (instead of the PC's parallel port) for the purpose of programming some Atmel 8051 derivatives. The direct link to that program is http://www.8052.com/users/dhenry/ats5xisp.zip. If you have specific questions about SPI, I or other 8052.com contributors may be able to answer them, but the key phrase here is "specific questions". |
