Yes, but's the same for both photodiodes and will vanish when having a feedback loop.
Erik, I want to be fair to you. When working at limits of temperature range linearity of down to 0.01% is hardly to be achieved. Symmetry of both photodiodes at higher temperatures will become worse! I never used IL300 at +70°C, only at about room temperature. But at room temperature these circuits will do the job quite nicely. Bye, Kai |
