I have used a four wire platinum RTD form Omega, connected to an Analog Devices Module which converts the signal from the RTD to 0-5V over a 0-100C range.
Then you can correct in software to achieve the accuracy and linearity that you want. The repeatability of this setup is better than +/-0.05C.
