Pl explain me how to see the lookup for a reading (26.75C) which is inclusive of (+/-0.4C) error .

The above table has to be generated as calibration, the example table show the result of calibrating a sensor that between 0 and 7 degrees read 0.2 degrees to low, between 7 and 14 read 0.1 deg too low, between 14 and 19 deg is precise etc.
