I prefer debouncing by the help of RC-filter (time constant of 50msec)
It would work good as long as the very stable capacitor is used. Otherwise you have a risk that its capacity comes too low or too high at time. Sometimes it even may be shorted internaly and input will be connected to the ground permanently - I have already stuck with it :(
