I have made a small addition to Michael's Spreadsheet - here

To the right of his original Black Rectangle, I have added a Red Rectangle; each cell of which combines all the data from one row of his Black Rectangle.
So now, all you need to do is select the red rectangle, copy it, then paste into your source file!

I've just put spaces between the fields - you might want to try TABs...
