First off, if you or your client only received drawings from Fujitsu, instead of complete datasheets, I wouldn't use the chip. I couldn't...simply not enough information.

Second, what do you mean by "I build the chip from the drawings I got." This statement brings all kinds of thoughts to mind that no doubt are incorrect.

What is your part of the project: hardware, software or both?
