You are going to have to contact Fujitsu on your own in behalf of your client if further information is to be required. There is just no publically available information around concerning this device.

You said you have built the chip from the drawings. Is it functioning? If so maybe that is all that you can be expected to provide.

On the other hand maybe you could do some engineering work to.....

1. Ignore the fact that the Fujitsu part ever existed.
2. Gather the requirements of the system for inputs and outputs around where this part was used and understand what the circuit needs.
3. Write a design specification for this part of the circuit so you can specify what is needed and thus have the client agree to it and sign-off on it.


4. Perform prototyping and modeling as necessary to prove that the new concepts work in the system as per the requirements.
5. Iterate steps 2 to 4 until the system requirements of the system are met at a level that satisfies the client needs.
6. Design a full rework of the product with the new circuits in place.
7. Test build and deliver product to the clients customers.
8. Go home with a nice handful of money for doing a job well done!
