i would like to know what do you mean by high density non volatile memory technology??????


also the difference between 89c52 & 89s52 microcontroller????
i have heard we need to use external resistors if 89s52 is used for current sinking ansd sourcing purposes whereas there is no such need when 89c52 is used?????
also given a choice which one should we prefer???????
