#59635 - 0x800 to Dissuade students ? Responding to: ???'s previous message |
"Programs start at offset 0x0800. Programs generated with the evaluation software may not be programmed into single-chip devices with less than 2K Bytes of on-chip ROM."
I always used to wonder what is the sanctity of the 2K boundary - was it to dissuade students from using the Eval version for thier small projects? Or there is something more to it ? Wonder what. Raghu |
