The IRDA is used for normal operation also, so I can´t remove it anyway. So that´s why I also would like to use it to re-program the CPU.

And yes, the electronics is inside and it is not really an option to open the box. Well It CAN be done but it´s nothing you WANT to do, because of different reasons.

I don´t know how you look at this, but to me it seems like that if a program that Supports the T89C51RD2 also will support Half Duplex Mode , my problems are gone. :)
