Do you, by chance use the ERAM that the P89C51Rx2 has and the P87C51 does not?
Or the IRAM (0x80-0xff). If your app is short on stack, the P89C51Rx2 will run since the stack can go to 0xff, but the 87c51 will overrun at 0x7f. Erik |
