I've tried the LM567, but I don't quite understand the datasheet about the calculation of the values of the resistors and the capacitors. Also, I've got a better result to "filter" a 100kHz than a 100Hz, i.e. the higher the frequency, the better response.

So can anyone please teach me how to calculate the R and C values? Because I want to use it in my ultrasonics sensor too.
