Sounds like a very interesting project!!

You'll have to get started and then when you encounter a specific problem in the implementation you can come here ask a detailed question and you will very likely get some help in solving that issue.

What you will not get here is a ready made kit solution for your project. It will be up to you to "design the kit" so to speak.

It seems to me that the very first thing is to become an informed engineer on the concepts, requirements, and algorithms associated with the way internal combustion engines function and how fuel injection is applied.
