Uh well. Probably chances for getting a ready solution in this thread are somewhat lower than chances that anyone knows the whole fuel injection theory required for that. Rather rare knowledge, I'd say. Programming the '51 should be the easy part. Hardware and algorithm is the hard one...

Unless someone has access to such an engine and can simply reverse-engineer (or steal if you prefer) the existing solution, that question would rather match some combustion engine forums than a '51 one.
