Raja, put resistor 4k7...8k2 between each port pin and corresponded pin of ULN:
P2.x -> 4k7 -> ULN

It helps and it works realy. Next time read more about input circuit of ULN and output one of C51 (especialy about how pFET1 and pFET3 work).
