Well I have not given this feature in this unit...I will have to erase all the records and upload the records to erase 1 record :-(...Now I'll need to change this...
not necessarily. Erase the flash once then 1) any record all zero is deleted and 2) any record all ff is blank. That way you can actually 'update' a flash. This does require a somewhat larger flash byt that is pennies. Of course once in a while you will have to run a compacting routine, this, however can be done in steps (one sector at a time) making it transparent to the user. Erik |
