Now, there is NVRAM called FRAM
Not exactly a drop in solution but a good choice if you can control the read/write cycle time. (low xtal freq or derivative with XRAM cycle stretcher.) The 130ns cycle time of the Ramtron device vs 70ns for the DS device must be considered in some cases. Erik |
