Hmm... Despite their boast, "We have been striving to accomplish high quality," they don't seem to have done much quality control on that document - note how the 1st paragraph on p3 contains the same text twice!

Similarly, ISO9001 registration does not show that you have high quality - it just shows that you have a set of ISO9001-approved procedures.
