#63569 - Yet another MIDI post |
Ok, I'm fairly new to the 8052 world but I have done some limited serial communication with it before. I'm doing a project for school dealing with MIDI and I need a microprocessor to do the job. I need to receive the MIDI data, do some calculations, and then transmit the data. I know the 8052 will do this just fine, but I want to know if there is a specific chip (ie part number) that anyone would recommend for such a task. It would also be nice if it was easily enterfaced to a flash memory module. |
