Why not use a chip with it all inside. You have the P89C51Rx2 with 64k Flash and up to 1.5k of RAM, the P89C66x with up to 96k of flash and up to 8k of RAM, you jave the Cygnals with up to 128k of F;lash and up to 8k of RAM. These and others are programmed via a serial interface (RS-232 or JTAG depending on your choice). Erik |
