#64733 - eric strikes back! |
hi friends
have been busy at college, but would like to post pics on my web space of my project for your expert opinions. i havent done the layout yet, so would welcome any advice on the solar shunt circuit, i have a 16volt solar panel, and i cant get much more than 4 volts out of the five volt regulator. and the bi colour led (meant to show whether battery is being charged, etc ) stays one colour however the circuit seems to work ok, i drained the battery with a motor and the panel charged it up again. will the battery over charge ? i think it wont charge past 5 volts, (regulator) i have 5 aa batterys, ni-mh best wishes Eric ps: i am going home for the weekend, but will check back monday :) http://www.8052.com/users/ericmcn/mpu2.jpg http://www.8052.com/users/ericmcn/solar1.jpg |
