Hallo Eric,
your thread name 'eric strikes back' is correct! If I do not have overlooked something, then the charging circuit is rather dangerous and can 'attack' the health of user... Ni-MH batteries must be charged with constant current (70mA is typical for AA cells). And when battery voltage with charging reachs a certain threshold level, charging must be terminated. But I don't see any constant current source in your circuit, not even a current limiting! Ok, you have a fuse in the line to battery, but you didn't specify rating... To microcontroller circuit: I think reset circuitry is wrong. And as Erik already stated, FLASH micros really need a proper reset controller! Bye, Kai |
