just a perfunctionary glance reveal some things:
1) reset is tied to Vcc, if your derivartive has RESET you will stay in reset forever. If it has !RESET you may start now and then with strange results. 2) Vcc is used for a chip but never specified elsewhere. 3) DO NOT try to make this without a supervisor chip, if not you will wonder many times "is it the reset or something else".
