I think that part of the problem is that because of re-flashable code they neglect to make full analytical consideration of all conditions that may arise. It is part of a modern problem in thinking ...."lets get it off the ground" ... "we have the provisions for fixing problems as we go along".

So typical of how many things are done these days.....sad.
