#66172 - RE: CCD video processors
Responding to: ???'s previous message
You'll find that the ccd's are designed to be read in much the same way as a standard RAM,but because you need to generate 50 frames/second at 312 lines x whatever resolution most solutions employ a FPGA to get the image from the CCD to the video out,the 8052 talks to the FPGA usualy via I2C interface to set the control parameters. There are comercialy available devices which do much the same thing bit they are expensive.
