There is a similar project described right here on the 8052.com web site. In that project there is a connection for hooking an 8051 right to a ISA bus Network controller. In the case of connecting an ISA VGA board up to an 8051 you would have to implement both the memory map space of the VGA board and the I/O map space. (IE the board will require all strobes IORD-, IOWR-, MEMR- and MEMW-. Michael Karas |
