Ok, I solved the problem! it took almost 2 days! I tried almost everything and had to learn flashmon concepts completely so I think I can write a new flashmon driver (firmware) now! but the computer driver that communicate with code is much more complex. if you encountered "Target Dll has been Cancelled, Debugger aborted" (this is not documented in keil-at least in my version and their site), message after running flashmon on AT89C51RD2. one possible cause is data memory as defind in CONFING.INC is not accessible or corrupted, try to find the cause or change data address. good luck!
