If you just plain and simply copy the code and play around until it works, you'll never be able to produce something yourself. Look at the code, try and understand how it has been implemented, and then write your own code and debug it. If you run into problems you cannot solve, come back to the forum and explain.

You just cannot complete a project by only copying code... Be creative.
