Yes, you are right, I didn't thought at an uv-lamp in my design), but I think eeproms are also good enough to do the job in case of an eprom. - (its always an external one in my designs)
(by the way, for my OTPs I needed an xray-source in my design :=))
Perhaps it is too costly to look for an isp without an isp-mc, I will really think about it.
But first I will look for a memory-chip, which can be programmed serially ...
