I know i have to compensate even 2mill kelvin tempearature change from calibration.

I just saw this.

I do not think anyone can amplify the signal from a temperature sensor with noise and drift low enough to even appoximate the equivalent of 2 milli Kelvin. Maybe you are linearizing something that does not exist.
