Hi Bruce,
Joking apart, I have used the PSD 813F2, with a lot of initial help from Peter Dannegger and Michael Schmitt. Now I understand the beast, I think its fantastic when you have run out of resources in the ISP chips like the 89S53 or whatever. The 9XX series only have some simple memory decode logic which was very limiting for my design. The 813 has a very nice GAL array for little bits of custom sequential logic as well as combinatorial logic Steve |
