I've constructed the circuit of this programmer

what i need here actualy is an idea to how can i check it i mean its H/W and how to know that the master controller is working right with the hex file on it, i see that pin 30 in slave called "prog" can i detect something of it, i also need to compile the code of C but there's 2 header files is missed how can i compile this code?
If any one have any suggestions please tell me.
