There's probably two outcomes - it either works or it doesn't. Assuming you can program the master controller with the hex file and verify that - one may assume that it has a fair chance of working. Personally, that programmer design has no protection for it's hardware so it would not be a device I could trust. If you put the chip to program in backwards it would probably damage both the master controller and the device being programmed. I would suggest using the newer ISP style flash devices that have less circuitry required to flash them. |
