I have a good reliable designer who can handle mixed signals and does all the work for my PCBs. So far there have not been any problems with his designs.If the logistics permit, I can put him on to you. He will need a good schematic and it is not neccessary for you to give pin numbers for any standard gates/MCU/ADC/DAC/ etc.( I guess that must be the case with any decent PCB designer! )

If you can let me know the complexity (number of layers )and expected population density ( schematic+finished PCB size) I can do the initial intro. From then on it is ENTIRELY between you both ;-)
