in that case how to distinguish flash rom area & eeprom

1) You do not need to distinguish. As long as you do not attach internal EEPROM with bit EEMEN of WMCON register, the EEPROM is absent of view for both program and simulator.
2) Flash as program memory is accessed via MOVC commands; EEPROM as data memory is accessed via MOVX commands. So I do not see a problem which confuses you.
