If you are designing a product for use around the world, remember that this is not always the case.

In Denmark for instance many houses (like mine) don't have grounded outlets, so PCs aren't grounded. And most PCs here are sold with Schuko power cables that do not have the ground pin needed to connect to Danish grounded outlets...
