#72011 - Single ended to Differential - Kai Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hello Kai,
You are right in that my frequency of interest lies only from about 50 to just above 1500 Hz. We are basically evaluating the "noise" of a power steering in cold start condition and the human "perception" of noise in this band is supposedly high - OK this is as per Ford guidelines for testing. Coming back to this differential stuff - yes I am fully aware of it. I think it is the same that the audio engineers call as a Balanced line as opposed to an unbalanced one. Anyway you are now aware of my sensor + signal conditioner setup. Is there any method by which I can convert the output from the Signal conditioner to TRUE differntial ? ( I don't have access to the internals of the unit as it is bought out in most cases ). Or is it that I just have to look for another vendor who offers a TRUE differntial output ? Thanks Raghu |
