The ADC is a 12 bit one and I will be happy if I can get to use all the 12 bits effectively. I have a sensor span of 250 Bar and a conditioned output of 0-5V for the corresponding range. This I think will work out to 1 bit = 0.061 Bar. Not to be too greedy, I will be happy if I can freeze the reading to the nearest 0.1 Bar which i feel is somewhere between 11 and 12 bits.

The project is in the design phase.
