I would suggest the Philips LPC2106:
http://www.olimex.com/dev/lpc-p1.html It has all the goodies, which I like on the 8051: - internal Flash and RAM, so no awkward, noise sensitive and costly external data and addressbus was needed. - low pin count - 5V tolerant - in circuit programming (bootloader) Peter |
