Thank you very much for your reply. in designing phase I will remove all error situations so that it will run continually without a single error for at least 2 weeks( I don’t know if it is necessary to run it for a longer time). If I knew where and why an error may happen I would try to prevent those errors from happening but as this design will be the first model (there are no other systems with identical design) I really don’t know what errors I should expect in the long run. This system has some internal communications and also it communicates with PC, so it will be very easy to read the error log and reset it via sending a software command. The idea of error log was not only for helping to find error cause and repair it in the first model but also for finding weakness points in design (mechanical, electrical, software, EMI protection,..) so that it can be eliminated in future models.
