Thank you very much for your reply. Thank you for those examples. I accommodated some rough plausibility checks to prevent the system to pass its limits. but for my system fortunately nothing really catastrophic will happen except bankrupting of me :). the most important reason to log errors for me was to improve weakness points in design for future models.
