I went through the T89C51RD2 to AT89C51RD2/ED2 migration document, and there were a few things that didn't seem to be consistent with the data sheets. I filled out the support form on their web site, sent an e-mail request, and left messages with their local sales office, and the local rep.

I heard back from the rep within a few days, and I received an e-mail response from Atmel after 10 days.

The information I received via e-mail was all from products that haven't been released, and documents that haven't made it to their web site yet...
