You are right , i connected the NPN transistors incorrectly and it took me some time and i burned 3 of them ! but i personally never liked the transistors and i don't know much about them.

i do not have much experience in drawing schematics. currently it works but i have to learn much more.

what do you think about the inputs i am using . is this regular for protecting inputs , or it just do nothing or make it worse ?
