Charles,

The output pin of U6 is incorrectly marked as +5, and the output pin of U2 is incorrectly marked as -5. D1 and D4 protect P1.1 from high and negative voltages, but I don't see any resistance to limit the current through those diodes when conducting. Without looking more closely I don't know if that is a problem or not.
