#73706 - RE: Stupid EEPROM question
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Just one more question...

If i have a large memory chip (i.e 1MB) and use it with my 8052 that's limited to 64kb code/data memory,

will it kill itself or just read 64kb of the chip?

The reason I'm asking this is that for some reason, In New Zealand many larger EPROMs cost less than tiny 1k ones.

Thanks.
